Women of Westminster (W.O.W.)

“Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another…” (Hebrews 10:24-25)

Women of all ages and all walks of life are invited to be a part of Women of Westminster! W.O.W events and study groups create space for women to connect, support one another, and learn and grow together.

Study groups meet once a month for Bible study or to read a book together. W.O.W. comes together as a large group several times a year, usually for a fall fellowship event, a Christmas gathering, and a retreat.

For more information about W.O.W. groups or events, contact Lana Russell or Ellen Williams Hensle.

Please save the date for next year’s February 24-26, 2023 W.O.W. Retreat at Camp Capers

W.O.W. Study Groups
(September through May)

In our study groups, we read, share, question, and reflect with the hope that we will grow in faith. All of our groups are open to new members! Contact any of the group leaders listed below for more information.

Women of Westminster, our monthly study groups begin the second week of September! This year’s Bible study invites us into the family stories that helped shape Jesus and us, too. Have you thought about Jesus’ grandmothers? What can these Grandmothers-of-the-Faith teach us? Their stories will lead us into the gospel, the good news about Jesus Christ. All groups are accepting new members, so please be in touch if you would like to join.

Click here to pay online for your study guide, or send a check for $10 to the church office. *Please NOTE: The R.E.S.P.E.C.T. group study guide is $12.79 each.

All study groups meet the second week of the month.
