“Here’s a Question for You”
Thursday nights via Zoom at 7 pm: March 4, 11, 18 & 25
Led by Lana Russell, we’ll linger over and reflect on some of the particular and probing questions Jesus asks during the part of the gospels we call “The Passion Narrative.” Why does Jesus ask so many questions? Whatever else it might mean to follow him, we have an opportunity to be transformed by what appears to be one of his favorite modes of communication. Of the over 300 questions Jesus poses in Scripture, we’ll explore a few which are both eternal and timely, such as: “Whom do you seek?,” “Why are you weeping?” and “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” Join us as we seek to learn not just about but from Jesus this Lenten season.
